We have 17 months to defeat socialist progressive Peter DeFazio and bring Constitutional representation in Washington and a pro-economic growth, pro-jobs, pro-Oregon, pro-American agenda back to Oregon District 4 for the first time in more than 24 years.
Scientist and educator Art Robinson, beginning as a complete political unknown, very nearly defeated DeFazio in the 2010 election. In 2012, we will send career politician and millionaire DeFazio packing to the retirement home he has purchased in New Zealand.
Please help as soon and as much as you are able to afford. Campaign contributions are limited to $2,500 per person before the primary and a like amount thereafter. This means that we need the individual support, in any amount, of many people. During the 2010 effort, more than 5,000 contributors financially supported the Robinson campaign. DeFazio, by contrast, was supported primarily by money from the special interests for which he does favors in Washington – special interests that, in most cases, are not even located in Oregon.
As the election nears, donations to political campaigns greatly increase. Paradoxically, however, early donations are far more valuable – dollar for dollar – than later ones. When the fundamental plans and efforts of the campaign are being laid, money is scarce and yet most effective in deciding the ultimate election outcome.
Our first goal is to establish a sound and far reaching internet presence for the campaign. This is very important in the final election result and in raising more money for the campaign. We need the funds to do this well. The sooner we begin the more effective this effort will be.
Please help elect Art Robinson to the U.S. Congress. He is exactly the kind of outstanding and accomplished man we need to solve the many problems that have arisen in Washington.

Thank you for your consideration.

P.S. The attack on the three Robinson students at Oregon State University (updates are available at www.OregonStateOutrage.com) has been a distraction for us – as it was intended to be. It is also, however, a motivator. Neither these three students nor the hundreds of thousands of other Oregonians in District 4 who are all suffering in one way or another from the corruption in our deteriorated public institutions should be forgotten. We must take our country back – one Congressional office at a time.
